Subscription prices and payment terms are displayed in the app. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees you incur.

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refund policies are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase and may vary based on your location and platform (iOS App Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

8.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and inbizns individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which inbizns operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in our jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and inbizns regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or network infrastructure failures.
